Ready Realty collects very little personal data, and only what you choose to give us. This policy explains what we do with it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

1   Who we are

Ready Realty is a real estate marketing and sales company based in Bengaluru, India. We market and sell residential projects for developers under a direct mandate, and we market projects for A-grade developers as an empanelled channel partner.

For anything in this policy, write to bharath@readyrealty.co.in or call +91 90192 11182.

2   What we collect

Only what you give us, plus the basic technical information every website receives.

Enquiry form
Your name, phone number, the project and location you are asking about, and the stage it is at.
Calls, WhatsApp and email
Your number or email address, and notes on what you are looking for, so we can pick up where we left off.
Website technical data
IP address, browser and device type, and which pages were visited.

We do not ask for financial details, identity documents, or any sensitive personal data through this website. Where a transaction reaches that stage, those documents are handled directly between you, the developer and the legal and lending teams involved — not collected here.

3   Why we collect it

Each purpose stands on its own. We do not bundle them together or treat one as consent for another.

  • To reply to your enquiry and understand what you are looking for.
  • To arrange site visits and follow up on them.
  • To send you information about projects that match what you asked for, where you have agreed to that.
  • To keep a record of our dealings with you, and to meet legal, tax and audit obligations.
  • To understand how this website is used, so we can improve it.

4   Who we share it with

Worth reading properly. When you enquire about a specific project, we pass your name and phone number to the developer of that project. They need it to register you as our client and to admit you to the site. This is how a channel partner arrangement works, and we cannot represent you on a project without it. We share it only for the project you asked about.

We also use service providers who handle data on our behalf — a website host, an email provider and a customer records system. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass it to developers or agents you have not asked about, and we do not share it with anyone as a mailing list.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where that happens, it is done in line with what the law permits.

We may disclose data where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

5   How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Once an enquiry has run its course and there is no longer a reason to hold your details, we delete them.

Where a transaction has completed, we keep the minimum record required to meet legal, tax and audit obligations, and delete it once those obligations end. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 6.

6   Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

  • Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold, and what we have done with it.
  • Correction — have data that is wrong or incomplete corrected or completed.
  • Erasure — have your data deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Grievance redressal — complain to us about how we have handled your data, and receive an answer.
  • Nomination — nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or are unable to act.

Write to bharath@readyrealty.co.in to exercise any of these. We will confirm we have received your request and respond within the period the law allows.

7   Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time, and it should be no harder than giving it was. Email bharath@readyrealty.co.in, or tell us on a call or message, and we will stop. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything lawfully done before you withdrew it, and we may keep the minimum record needed to honour your request and to show that we did.

8   Marketing messages

We send project information only to people who have asked to hear from us. Every message tells you who it is from and how to stop receiving them. Ask us to stop and we will, without asking you to justify it.

9   Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors move through it. Anything beyond what is strictly necessary is used only where you have agreed to it, and you can change your mind at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may then not behave as intended.

10   Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

11   Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including restricting who can see enquiry records. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and notify the Data Protection Board of India as required.

12   Other websites

This site may link to developer websites, project microsites or listing portals. Once you are on those sites you are in their hands, under their privacy policies, not ours.

13   Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, tell us first — we would rather hear it and fix it.

Grievance contact Bharath Reddy, Founder bharath@readyrealty.co.in  ·  +91 90192 11182

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you can take the complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.

14   Changes

If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly rather than leave you to find it.
